The Indian Monsoon Malabar coffee beans come from a region of the southwestern shoreline of India known as the Malabar Coast. Malabar farmworkers uniquely process the beans; they leave the coffee outside and exposed to the elements for several months during monsoon season. Subject to harsh rains and wind, a well-balanced coffee emerges at the end.
