This Honduran single origin comes from high-elevation farms — where thin air and cool nights slow the bean’s development and concentrate its flavor. Grown above 1,500 meters, these SHG (Strictly High Grown) Arabica beans produce a vibrant, structured cup with rich sweetness and elegant acidity.

From the first sip, you’ll notice notes of honey, vanilla, and toasted almond — layered over a clean, medium body that lingers long after the last drop.
